- Be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
- Experience communicating with customers in domestic settings
- Experience in MCS accredited organisations or energy efficiency assessments (desirable)
- Experience talking to customers about work in their homes; measuring/sizing equipment
- Desirable: experience with heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and electrical gear
- Some mechanical/electrical experience; quick learner
- Strong IT and tech skills for Octopus tech
