Dojo is seeking a Sales Operations Partner in Milan to help optimize our go-to-market activities and drive revenue growth.
Overview
In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline processes, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs.
- Maintain data quality in the CRM, design and maintain dashboards and reports, and ensure timely pipeline analytics.
- Support cross-functional teams with process improvements and system enhancements (CRM, data integrations, analytics).
- Assist with onboarding and enablement programs for new hiring and sales initiatives.
- Translate business needs into scalable processes and reporting to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools; SQL/advanced Excel a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a bias for action.
- Based in Milan or able to work on-site in Milan.
