Overview
Dojo is seeking a Sales Learning & Development professional for Milano to design, deliver, and optimize sales learning programs that accelerate ramp time, improve win rates, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding and ongoing training programs for the Dojo sales team in Milan.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, define learning objectives, and implement scalable curricula.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person in Milan and/or virtual) and facilitate coaching initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to create product and sales process content.
- Measure program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback, and iterate based on data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales enablement, training, or learning & development experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Experience with learning management systems and content creation tools
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable curricula
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus
