Dojo is looking for a results-driven Real Time Analyst to support operations from our Bristol office. This role involves real-time monitoring, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time operational metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective real-time decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Support incident response and root cause analyses for operational issues.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
• Experience with dashboards/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data querying (SQL).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience in a similar Real Time Analyst or operations analytics role is a plus.
