🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in sales ops, merchant onboarding or underwriting support
- Experience in fintech/payments or POS env desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of merchant risk assessment and underwriting docs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt; able to influence across commercial and risk
- Strong analytical and problem solving; data-driven performance tracking
- Proficient in CRM/workflow tools (Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
