The RoleThe Junior Talent Acquisition team will be responsible for supporting the attraction, engagement, and hiring of self-employed consultants. You will take ownership by creating several strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Dojo. Additionally, you will be heavily involved in helping us build a scalable, partnership-driven recruitment infrastructure, with a range of initiatives and projects for you to contribute to and take ownership over.What you will do…

Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, maintaining a consultative approach at all times.
Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources. Whilst we use LinkedIn Recruiter, Infojobs and other Job Boards we want people who know this isn’t the be-all and end-all of sourcing.
Seek to go above and beyond to find the best self-employed consultants on the market.
Hold detailed interviews to truly understand the candidate’s suitability.
Provide smart, concise reporting to your key partners.
Use data to your advantage, and utilise our ATS system to its full potential.

What you will bring...

Knowledge of recruitment, especially focused onhiring self-employed professionals
Strong communication skills, with the ability to install confidence in hiring managers and candidates alike.
The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We handle high volume of applications.
Innovative, flexible and adaptable in your approach.
The willingness to suggest new approaches and initiatives with the subsequent confidence to own and manage them.
The maturity to respond to knockbacks or challenges without being disheartened.
