Dojo is seeking an experienced Head of AML/CTF (PCF 52) to lead our financial crime program and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations. This role is based in Dublin and reports to the executive team, collaborating closely with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Role overview

Head of AML/CTF (PCF 52) will build and manage a comprehensive financial crime program, drive risk-based controls, and lead a team of compliance professionals to protect the organization from money laundering and terrorist financing risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AML/CTF strategy aligned with PCF 52 and regulatory requirements
• Lead the financial crime program across the organization
• Oversee customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing monitoring
• Manage suspicious activity reporting to the appropriate authority
• Establish governance, policies, training and awareness
• Build and manage a team of compliance professionals
• Collaborate with regulators and internal stakeholders
• Conduct regular risk assessments and remediation
• Monitor and report key metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years in AML/CTF/compliance in financial services
• Strong knowledge of AML laws/regulations (EU/UK/IRE)
• Experience leading teams and building programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to implement scalable processes and controls
• Certifications (CAMS, ICA, CFCS) preferred
