Your launchpad for a high-impact commercial career.Are you young, ambitious, and passionate about business, technology, and growth?This program is designed to turn junior talent intofuture leaders in Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships within the European fintech ecosystem.What You’ll ExperienceOver 6 months, you’ll be part of real commercial operations, contributing to projects that drive the business forward. This isn’t an internship where you watch from the sidelines —it’s an internship where you grow, decide, and make an impact.Here’s what you’ll learn and do:High-impact training that accelerates your learning curve

  • Intensive onboarding on product, payments, markets, and competition.
  • Hands-on sales training: communication, pitching, prospecting, negotiation.
  • Professional mastery of tools like Salesforce, data analysis, and segmentation.
Real, practical experience

  • Active prospecting in live commercial campaigns.
  • Direct outreach to qualified leads and collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Inside Sales.
  • Shadowing, role-plays, and sessions with subject-matter experts.
  • International exposure: connection with our London team and culture.
Personal & soft-skills development

  • Workshops on presentations, storytelling, and objection handling.
  • Weekly mentoring with senior professionals.

  • High level of Spanish and a solid level of English.
