🔹 THE ROLE | EL PUESTO
We’re looking for a Field Sales Consultant based in Barcelonato lead the acquisition of mid-to-large merchants in the hospitality, retail and service sectors. You'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities through a consultative, high-touch approach.Buscamos un/a Field Sales Consultant en Barcelona para liderar la captación de comercios medianos y grandes, especialmente en sectores como hostelería, retail y servicios. 🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES | RESPONSABILIDADES
Identify and prospect potential mid-to-large business clients across Barcelona.
Conduct in-person meetings and product demos tailored to each client's needs.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, CFOs, general managers).
Close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process with internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product to refine our value proposition.
Track pipeline and performance through CRM and regular reporting.

Identificar y prospectar comercios medianos y grandes en la zona de Barcelona.
Realizar reuniones presenciales y demostraciones adaptadas a cada cliente.
Construir relaciones sólidas con los responsables de decisión (dueños, CFOs, directores generales).
Cerrar acuerdos y coordinar una correcta activación con los equipos internos.
Colaborar con marketing y producto para afinar nuestro posicionamiento.
Seguir la actividad comercial a través del CRM y reportes periódicos.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS | REQUISITOS
Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally in payments, SaaS or tech solutions.
Deep knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Barcelona.
Strong hunter mentality with consultative selling skills.
Native Spanish; fluent English (Catalan is a plus).
Driving license and willingness to travel across the island.
Results-oriented, self-starter and team player.
