As a Design Systems Designer, you will own the design system components, tokens, patterns, and guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable UI patterns and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain design tokens and components within the design system.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX to implement scalable UI patterns.
Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design practices.
Document usage, governance, and guidelines for the design system.

Requirements

Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
