Role Overview
As a Technical Services Associate (x/f/m) in Berlin, you will support clients on the Doctolib platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable service. You will play a key role in onboarding new clinics and doctors and in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and reproduce incidents for engineering teams.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new clients.
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge base and documentation.
- Monitor service levels and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support or operations is a plus; degree in a relevant field is welcome.
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and willingness to learn
