Staff QA Analyst - Clinical Software (x/f/m)

Role

Staff QA Analyst - Clinical Software at Doctolib in Berlin, Germany. You will ensure the quality and safety of our clinical software solutions used by healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for clinical software.
• Execute manual and automated tests; report defects and verify fixes.
• Create and maintain regression suites; participate in CI/CD quality improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare software standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to QA processes, risk assessments, and bug triage.
• Help enhance test automation infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance; healthcare/clinical software experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and defect tracking.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
