Overview

Staff QA Analyst - Clinical Software (x/f/m) at Doctolib, Paris, France. We are looking for a QA professional to ensure the quality of our clinical software solutions used by healthcare professionals and patients. The role involves designing test strategies, writing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver robust software in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test plans and test cases for web and (where applicable) mobile clinical software
• Perform manual testing, develop automated tests, and maintain test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with engineers to verify fixes
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality metrics
• Contribute to QA process improvements and test automation initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in software development
• Experience with web application testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Familiarity with SQL and data validation
• Experience with Jira or similar issue trackers
• Knowledge of healthcare/clinical software is a plus
• Strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• English required; French would be a plus
