Role overview

You will design, implement, and operate robust data pipelines and data platforms. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to ensure data quality, observability, and governance across the data stack. You will mentor junior engineers and help drive best practices in Data Ops and data platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for analytics and product use cases
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability across warehouses and data lakes
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Improve data reliability, monitoring, and incident response processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering/Data Ops roles or equivalent
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with ETL/ELT tooling and orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Dagster)
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS/GCP), data warehouses, and data modeling
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
