Role Overview
As the Senior HRBP Lead, you will partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into people initiatives, lead workforce planning, and oversee a team of HR business partners. You will champion leadership development, performance management, and change management while ensuring compliance with French labor law and GDPR.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans and workforce initiatives.
- Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners; drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and collaboration on talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead employee relations, investigations, policy development, and compliance with French labor law and GDPR.
- Design and implement leadership development, DEI, compensation, and rewards programs in partnership with finance and legal.
- Drive change management initiatives during growth and transformation; manage HR projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable business goals and provide data-driven HR insights.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HRBP/People Operations experience; prior experience leading HR teams or functions is required.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law, GDPR, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
