Doctolib is seeking a Senior HRBP Lead for a fixed-term contract to partner with Paris-based business units and drive HR strategy, people operations, and talent management.

Role overview

As a Senior HRBP Lead you will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into HR initiatives, lead talent management, succession planning, performance management, and drive organizational design in a fast-growing tech environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into HR initiatives
Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management, and development
Design and implement HR programs in line with French labor law and Doctolib policies
Guide employee relations, change management, and organizational design
Collaborate with HR Operations for payroll, HRIS, reporting, and data governance
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies

Requirements

8+ years of HRBP or HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR practices
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-growing tech environment
Fluency in French and English
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and in a dynamic environment
