About Doctolib

Doctolib is a leading digital health platform accelerating access to high-quality care. We are expanding our team in Germany and are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for Key Accounts to help us grow with our strategic partners in Munich (München) and across the region.

Job overview

The Sales Manager - Key Accounts (x/f/m) will own the end-to-end sales process for Doctolib’s key enterprise clients in Germany. You will build strong executive-level relationships, shape the value proposition for large healthcare providers, and work cross-functionally to ensure client success and revenue growth. This is an on-site role based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to win and grow key enterprise accounts in the German market.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing with senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and other decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Forecast, track, and report on pipeline and quota attainment; drive renewal and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing large deals.
  • Experience in selling to large healthcare providers or in a healthcare/tech context is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable managing complex procurement processes.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
