Role: Recruiting Coordination Intern (x/f/m)

As a Recruiting Coordination Intern you will support the recruitment team with scheduling, candidate experience, and logistics to ensure a smooth hiring process in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview logistics for candidates across teams
Manage calendars, candidate communications, and ATS data entry
Assist with recruitment admin tasks and process improvements
Contribute to improving the candidate experience

Requirements

Currently enrolled or recent graduate with interest in HR/talent operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
English proficiency; additional languages a plus
