Praktikum Recruiting Coordination (x/f/m) bei Doctolib
Doctolib sucht eine/n engagierte/n Praktikant/in im Bereich Recruiting Coordination am Standort Berlin. Im Rahmen des Praktikums unterstützen Sie das Recruiting-Team bei der Koordination des Bewerbungsprozesses, planen Interviews, führen ggf. erste Telefon-Screenings durch und helfen beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender. Diese Position bietet Einblicke in das Talent Acquisition Umfeld und ermöglicht praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Koordination des Bewerbungsprozesses
- Terminplanung und Koordination von Interviews
- Durchführung erster Telefon-Screenings (je nach Bedarf)
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
Ihr Profil
- Interesse an HR, Recruiting oder Personalwesen
- Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch von Vorteil
- Motivation, eigenständig zu arbeiten und im Team zu arbeiten
