Doctolib is a leading European health tech company that enables online appointment booking, telemedicine, and improved healthcare access. We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive cross-functional process improvements and operational efficiency from our Berlin office.

Operational Excellence Lead - Role

As the Operational Excellence Lead, you will own and drive programs that optimize Doctolib’s operations. You will partner with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable processes that improve quality, speed, and customer experience. You will lead initiatives from discovery to delivery, defining KPIs, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency and service quality across Doctolib’s Berlin-based operations.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; design and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and other process-improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to design scalable processes and governance models.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption of standard operating procedures.
• Manage multiple projects from discovery through delivery, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to inform leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, process excellence, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and project management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to lead change across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
