Doctolib is a leading European healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient access to care through digital tools such as online appointment booking and telehealth. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hannover as a Junior Project Manager E-Health (x/f/m).

Role

As a Junior Project Manager E-Health, based in Hannover, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of E-Health initiatives across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Operations). You will help define project scope, create timelines, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating project plans, milestones and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support implementation and change management, including user training and adoption efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Health Informatics, IT) or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in project management or PMO in healthcare/tech.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work on-site in Hannover.
