Field Sales Partner at Doctolib
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner (x/f/m) to drive partnerships and sales in Imperia and Savona, Italy. This permanent, on-site role focuses on growing Doctolib's presence in the local healthcare market by building relationships with clinics, doctors, and hospitals and promoting our platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers in the Imperia and Savona region.
- Identify opportunities, present Doctolib's solutions, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to drive adoption.
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Represent Doctolib at local events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian; English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and to be based on-site in Imperia/Savona, Italy.
- Autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing a regional pipeline.
