About the role

Engineering Manager - Cross-platform Experience (x/f/m) is a leadership position responsible for guiding cross-platform technology initiatives and empowering engineering teams responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with product managers, designers, and platform teams to define and execute a unified cross-platform strategy that enhances Doctolib’s patient and clinician experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineers across cross-platform initiatives (web, iOS, Android) to deliver robust, scalable features.
• Define technical strategy and architectural direction for cross-platform experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to translate product goals into concrete technical plans.
• Drive delivery with agile processes, planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Ensure code quality, testing, CI/CD, performance, security, and maintainability across platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow engineering talent; foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Advocate for user-centric solutions and data-driven decision making.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering cross-platform products.
• Strong understanding of cross-platform development patterns and best practices for web and mobile.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with scalable architectures, software design principles, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
