Doctolib is a leading healthcare platform in Europe that connects patients with doctors and clinics. We are seeking a Business Developer (x/f/m) to drive growth in Italy from our Milan office. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building partnerships and expanding Doctolib's footprint in the Italian market.

Role Overview

As a Business Developer, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, establish relationships with healthcare providers and facilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on growth initiatives in Italy.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in Italy
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Track performance metrics and report on progress toward targets

Qualifications

2+ years of business development, sales or account management experience (B2B/SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
