Overview
Doctolib is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Dortmund. In this role you will lead the development of enterprise partnerships in the German market, helping healthcare providers adopt and maximize the value of Doctolib’s solutions.
What you’ll do
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers in Germany.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders (e.g., administrators, procurement teams, IT leaders).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor Doctolib solutions to customer needs.
- Forecast accurately, track progress against targets, and contribute to regional growth plans.
- Travel within Germany as needed to meet clients and attend events.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or healthcare technology, with a track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare market is a plus.
