Overview

Doctolib is seeking an Account Executive (x/f/m) based in Ulm, Germany, to drive new business for our healthcare platform. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with clinics and providers, and help expand Doctolib's footprint in the European market.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German healthcare market
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present value propositions to potential customers
  • Lead negotiation and closing of deals, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage CRM data, forecast revenue, and hit quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare or enterprise software
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German and English; willingness to work in Ulm, Germany
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and travel if needed
