Doctolib is a leading European platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team in Regensburg and help grow our footprint in the German market.

Role

Account Executive (x/f/m) based in Regensburg, Germany. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at expanding Doctolibs relationships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare provider accounts in Germany
Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing clients
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions for clients
Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams
Travel as needed within the region to meet with clients

Requirements

2+ years of B2B sales experience, SaaS experience is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in German; English is a plus
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team
