About Doctolib

Doctolib is a leading European platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team in Regensburg and help grow our footprint in the German market.

Role

Account Executive (x/f/m) based in Regensburg, Germany. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at expanding Doctolibs relationships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare provider accounts in Germany
  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions for clients
  • Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams
  • Travel as needed within the region to meet with clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, SaaS experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German; English is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team
