We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team in Germany and help expand our footprint in the DACH region.

Role overview

The Account Executive will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding, focusing on healthcare providers and clinics in Germany. You will partner with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions, demonstrate our platform, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential healthcare providers in the DACH region
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and drive agreement signings
• Present Doctolib’s value proposition and negotiate terms
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast activity and revenue

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven
