Overview
Doctolib is seeking an Account Executive (x/f/m) to join our growing Sales team in Bamberg, Germany. In this role you will drive new business, manage the sales cycle, and represent Doctolib’s digital health solutions to clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German market
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to close
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Present Doctolib solutions to potential customers and tailor value propositions
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing on market needs
- Travel as needed to meet clients (if applicable)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or SaaS
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in German; English proficiency a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
