  • Own global MSP channel quota, pipeline, forecasting, and bookings through distributors.
  • Drive revenue with MSP distributors (Pax8, N-able, Crayon) and expand internationally.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with distributors: targets, campaigns, expansion initiatives.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene; provide visibility into distributor performance.
  • Lead international MSP expansion (Canada, UK) and onboard new distributors; develop region-specific GTM motions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to scale MSP channel strategy across geographies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, MSP sales, or distribution-led SaaS sales.
  • Proven success as a quota-carrying IC in channel or indirect sales.
  • Deep familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and distributor-led models (Pax8, N-able, or similar).
  • Experience driving revenue through joint GTM motions, not just relationship management.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and comfort owning a number.
  • Ability to operate autonomously across regions and time zones.
