- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, MSP sales, or distribution-led SaaS sales.
- Proven success as a quota-carrying IC in channel or indirect sales.
- Deep familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and distributor-led models (Pax8, N-able, or similar).
- Experience driving revenue through joint GTM motions, not just relationship management.
- Strong forecasting discipline and comfort owning a number.
- Ability to operate autonomously across regions and time zones.
