Edelman Health is looking forournextSenior Account Executiveto join our dynamic Health practice. This opportunity is perfect for a smart, passionate PR professional who would like to grow their career in healthcare communications.

Requirements:

  • They should be able to develop communications plans, implement public relationstacticsand impart knowledge to more junior team members.
  • They should have strong communications skills, experience in research, writing, editing, and client interaction, perform well under pressure, and be a team player.
  • Manage multiple projects on a fast-paced, high-profile integrated account,anticipatingchallenges and ensuringdeadlineand budget adherence
  • Contribute to financial health of the account, including project budget trackers, activity reports and monthly billing updates
  • Manage projects whileanticipatingchallenges and client/internal team needs, and working with cross-functional team members seamlessly to delivertimely,high-qualityand detailed work
  • Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
  • Buildrelationshipwith clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
  • Maintain SOP documents on behalf of broader team to ensure consistency and accuracy acrossthe portfolio
  • Help plan and coordinate traditional,digitaland social media campaigns
  • Proactively raise hand and jump in to support junior and senior team members with ad-hoc client asks as they arise
  • Aid in new business process including idea contribution,researchand proposal preparation
  • Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals
  • Qualifications

  • The Senior Account Executive must have at least three years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, public policy, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing. Pharma experience is desired.
  • They should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously and be able to effectively manage up to senior team members on project status and needs while providing guidance and resources to junior team members and peers on specialist teams.
  • They should have strong communications skills, experience in research, writing, editing, and client interaction, perform well under pressure, and be a team player.

    An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
