The Role
We are seeking anExecutive Vice President (EVP)to lead a marqueepersonal care client, overseeing both masterbrand and category-specific initiatives. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a passion for building efficient, high-performing teams, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering integrated, creative,award-winning and results-driven work across a complex matrix of stakeholders.
The EVPwill bring deep expertise inbeauty and personal care, coupled with a strong foundation inadvertising client serviceand an understanding of theend-to-end production process.You’ll serve as a senior strategic partner, working across global brand architecture and category teams to drive brand consistency, excellence, and growth.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
