At Edelman, we are looking for a Digital Strategist & Operations Supervisor who is structured, analytical, and hands-on, someone who can bridge client business challenges with clear and effective digital execution.

Our mission is to ensure digital is always purposeful, aligned, and measurable across every project, maximizing results and strengthening cross-team integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs into clear digital deliverables (formats, objectives, channels, audiences).
  • Define digital goals per project in alignment with client business needs.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Creative, and Client Leads to design digital narratives and content ecosystems.
  • Contribute to the development of playbooks, templates, and workflows tailored to each account.
  • Lead daily coordination of digital accounts, ensuring quality, operational performance, deadlines, and budget alignment.
  • Oversee integrated digital strategies spanning social media, paid media, web, and SEO.
  • Guide content creators and copywriters in translating strategy into executions.
  • Review digital assets prior to delivery to ensure clarity, platform fit, and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in brainstorms, creative alignment sessions, and internal reviews.
  • rovide informal mentorship and strengthen the team’s digital capabilities.
  • Document and systematize strategic tools to elevate quality and consistency.
  • Lead digital inspiration sessions, training, and best practice sharing.
  • upport proactive proposals and pitches with a strong digital point of view.
  • Identify growth and improvement opportunities within accounts based on trends and client needs.
  • Participate in account reviews to refine digital roadmaps for priority clients.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital strategy, social content development, or integrated communications.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and connect business, creative, and digital thinking.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and user behavior.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills (presentations, frameworks, client-ready documents).
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
  • Proactive, organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented profile.
