Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and craft - to bring original creative concepts to life.
  • Develop campaigns for all digital mediums including, but not limited to: social media, display, websites, mobile, experiential and digital OOH. Video experience a definite asset
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, experience designers and our technology team
  • Prepare presentations that clearly articulate your creative thinking and inspire our clients
  • Present your creative work internally and to clients
  • Estimate creative effort required for projects
  • Complete work to agreed budgets and timelines
  • Mentor junior art directors
  • Be proactive, not reactive
  • Be a dedicated team player

    • Qualifications:

  • Excellent art sense, a great crafter
  • Creative and conceptual
  • Candidates have a degree in graphic design or related disciplines and at least 6-8 years of experience
  • Experience working on large and complex digital projects
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • The ability to work with in a team and independently
  • Proficient use of current and relevant design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash etc.
  • Practical knowledge in graphic design, printing procedures and photography techniques
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and Chinese
  • A self-motivated and independent individual with a strong desire to perform and excel
  • Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas/designs
  • Experience designing templates for PowerPoint is an advantage
