Edelman is seeking a highly motivated, creatively fluent, and operationally strong APAC Studio Lead to support the growth, evolution, integration, and leadership of our studio and production community across the region.
This pivotal role is designed to strengthen cohesion across APAC studios, nurture and empower talent, and drive creative consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality client delivery. The APAC Studio Lead will serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Production, APAC, and will maintain a matrixed reporting relationship with the Global Studio Leads. This ensures alignment between regional execution and global creative and operational strategy.
Regional Studio Leadership
Partner with the Head of Production, APAC to scale a best-in-class studio model across the region.
Act as connective tissue between local studios and regional/global leadership.
Foster a shared community of producers, directors, photographers, editors, designers, animators, film crews, and content creators across APAC.
Champion creative culture, collaboration, and alignment with global studio values.
Serve as a key liaison between APAC and global studio leadership, ensuring full visibility and alignment with global goals and creative direction.
Operational Excellence & Process Integration
Lead the implementation of new ways of working, workflows, and shared processes, including the strategic and wide implementation of AI.
Drive profitability and client and business development to stay competitive.
Report into and align closely with Global and Regional Studio Leads (AMERICAS, EMEA) to ensure consistent global workflows, tools, expectations, and operational KPIs are met.
Oversee adoption of time tracking, resource planning, and project management platforms.
Deliver accurate ballparks, timing plans, and resourcing strategies to client teams swiftly and efficiently.
Creative & Production Acumen
Navigate the pressures of creative production with pragmatic, solutions-first thinking.
Act as an escalation point for studio leads facing workflow, resourcing, or project issues.
Ensure quality control and consistency across video edits, motion design, social content, and short-form production.
Translate briefs into realistic timelines, scopes, and delivery strategies alongside client and creative teams.
Talent Development & Culture
Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new talent across offices.
Promote knowledge sharing, development programs, and cross-office collaboration.
Guarantee a future-ready workforce, align with studio values and ambitions.
Ensure remote and distributed teams feel seen, supported, and connected.
Advocate for the studio team’s voice at a senior leadership level.
