Divisional Float, Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow the designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments per plan.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client Assessments and coordinate case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NC RN license.
• Minimum one year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
