- Follow designated care plan for each patient.

🎯 Requirements
- North Carolina RN license (active).
- 1+ year clinical (medical/surgical) exp; OASIS documentation required.
- Graduation from accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
- Travel to cases as assigned.
