🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with current RN licensure; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Home Care/Home Health with leadership roles.
- Strong background in home/personal care and senior healthcare needs.
- Experience with EMR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with state regulations, policies and quality programs.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
