🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; active RN license in good standing.
• 10+ years clinical leadership in home health, skilled nursing, with adult and pediatric experience.
• Experience with value-based care models and healthcare reimbursement structures.
• Deep knowledge of acute and post-acute care delivery systems.
• Expertise in clinical quality metrics, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills; travel ~25%.
