Educate clients on mortgage financing options as a direct lender.
Represent mortgage products and explain features/benefits to clients.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years as Branch/Sales Manager or Mortgage Broker.
Proven ability to build and lead a mortgage sales team.
Track record of personal production to train and motivate a team.
Solid understanding of sales/marketing of consumer products; supervise staff.
Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines/regulations (FHA, VA, Conventional).
Proficiency with MS Office; strong analytical and communication skills.
