📋 Description

  • Lead and coach a 4-6 person Women’s Health sales team in DFW.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals for prenatal and hereditary cancer products.
  • Develop territory plans to close competitive accounts and cross-sell WH products.
  • Build expertise on Natera’s Women’s Health products and services.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Medical Directors to close new business.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy, Sunshine Act and Stark rules.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; science or healthcare background preferred.
  • At least 5 years of Women’s Health sales experience.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  • Sales training in SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, or Wilson Learning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
