π― Requirements
- 5+ years as multi-unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
- 2+ years leadership in a customer service role.
- Innate ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, HR.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with baking/bakery equipment, a plus.
