- 5+ years in multi-unit regional management in food/beverage, hospitality or retail.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
- Knowledge of diverse business functions (supply chain, P&L, compliance, HR).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with baking or bakery equipment is a plus.
