  • Identify and execute strategic distribution opportunities with GTM partners; onboard orgs.
  • Manage AMER partner relationships (service/commercial; federal) to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to source partner opportunities; identify co-marketing motions.
  • Evaluate indirect sales motions within Figma's model and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners on Figma’s products, services, and AI; build cross-functional ties.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles.
  • 3+ years handling external GTM partners (SIs, agencies, consultancies, ISVs, resellers, marketplaces, or referral partners).
  • Proven experience building partner programs from inception to execution with defined metrics and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Experience with partners to influence or capture business within the U.S. Federal government.
  • Sold to product, design, or technical audiences.
