• Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Set up and confirm distribution orders; vet content for acceptability.
• Pass order details through processing queues; advise clients on solutions.
• Be the point of resolution whenever possible.

• Meet or exceed activity metrics; navigate multiple platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone handling and active listening
• Detail oriented and goal driven
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
