Serve as primary contact for distributed research requests; translate goals into study designs
Design protocols aligning remote methods to learning goals
Collaborate with senior researchers to refine scopes for rigorous studies
Own execution details of distributed research: survey review, backend setup, live studies
Review surveys for quality and adherence to design best practices

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., physiology, psychology, biotech, human factors)
2–3 years in quantitative or product research
Strong foundation in survey design and quantitative methods
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
Familiarity with distributed/remote research platforms; clinical experience a plus
UX research experience is a plus but not required
