🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Identity and Access Management roles.
• Deep expertise in identity, security, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
• Ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders across sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience at technical events.
• Strong understanding of market trends and enterprise customer needs.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and lead cross-functional initiatives.
