🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering; 4+ years in staff/principal or senior leader.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, including LLMs and production-scale workflows.
- Proven track record leading experiments with evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.
- Strong background in scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems and observability.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Eng, Product, Infrastructure, and Data/ML.
