📋 Description

• Handle Internal (IDR) and External Dispute Resolution (EDR) dispute cases
• Assess, investigate and compile information to support disputes
• Case manage AFCA files including mediations and appeals
• Manage escalated mediations and negotiations on complex/high-risk accounts
• Collate and present dispute data and trends to stakeholders
• Provide high-quality written or verbal responses on disputes
