  • Investigate escalated fraud and merchant disputes per Reg E and Reg Z
  • Review customer activity and docs to determine dispute outcomes
  • Communicate with internal partners to resolve complex cases
  • Identify trends and share findings to improve processes
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Card Ops, and Support as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience resolving disputes or investigations
  • Working knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, ACH, and ATM networks (e.g., MoneyPass)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking
  • Experience investigating fraud-related issues is a plus
  • Experience supporting customers via email or chat is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management systems is a plus
